We ship with tracked domestic cargo to any address in Türkiye: your hotel, the congress centre, a colleague's university office — wherever is easiest to collect.
Shipping to a hotel? Put the hotel's address in the shipping form and your own name as the recipient, and mention your check-in date in the order notes. Hotel receptions in Türkiye routinely accept parcels for incoming guests.
Your name, event and arrival date are written on the parcel. Delivery to the address is completed by the tracked cargo company; the reception then holds the parcel for your check-in.
Tip: order at least 3–4 business days before your session so your poster is waiting when you arrive.

How long does printing and delivery take?
Printing takes 1 business day and domestic cargo 1–3 business days depending on the city. Order at least 3–4 business days before your session to be safe.
What file should I upload?
A single-page print-ready PDF at your poster's final size — exactly what PowerPoint, LaTeX or Illustrator conference templates export. Embed your fonts and images; we print the file as supplied.

How do I pay from abroad?
Online by credit or debit card. Prices can be displayed in USD, EUR or TRY, and you receive an email confirmation and a cargo tracking number.
What if my file has a problem?
Every uploaded file is checked by a person before printing. If something looks wrong — low resolution, wrong size, missing fonts — we email you before anything is printed.
